Flamekeeper helps teams document what an employee knows before they leave. It guides the departing employee through questions about their role, responsibilities, decisions, processes, contacts, and ongoing work, then uses AI to turn their answers into useful handover documents. Managers and teammates participate in knowledge sharing and can review the content, request follow-ups, track tasks, and approve the final handover. Documents can be exported to Google Docs, PDF, Word, or Markdown for storage in your existing knowledge base.
