3 & Done

3 & Done is a daily focus app. Every task system its founder tried died of upkeep: the tags, the projects, the weekly re-sort. This one asks for none. Empty your head into it, typed or spoken, messy is fine; speech is transcribed on your device. Each morning it emails you the three things that matter today, each with its reason; the rest waits until it matters. It suggests three, never limits you. Deadlines and anything urgent get their due, and days you keep for play stay that way. No views, filters or boards to tend, and nobody reads your list. Built by an engineer who abandoned 25 task tools in 23 years. The web app installs to your phone. 14-day free trial, then $99/year or $9.99/month.
